Louisville Colorado Housing Action Plan

ECO is leading a housing study for the City of Louisville, in partnership with Logan Simpson. Our team will develop a Housing Plan fulfilling the requirements of the Colorado Department of Local Affairs Innovative Affordable Housing Strategies funding program. A top priority for this work is to engage and educate a broad range of stakeholders to improve the understanding of housing needs and affordability challenges, and to assess Louisville’s current and future housing needs in the context of demographic changes and market dynamics. The Plan will develop strategies responding to the unique challenges and targeted needs of Louisville.
