Montgomery Park to Hollywood Transit and Land Use Strategy

ECONorthwest is working alongside Perkins&Will and Nelson\Nygaard as an integrated land use, real estate, transportation planning, and urban design team to support the City of Portland Bureau of Transportation and Bureau of Planning and Sustainability on corridor and station area land use planning for streetcar extensions to Montgomery Park in Northwest Portland and the Hollywood District in Northwest Portland. ECONorthwest is using MapCraft Labs to analyze zoning and policy options to support community benefits such as affordable housing, transit investment, public realm improvements, and infrastructure investment.
