Lumina Foundation Strategy Development

ECOnorthwest’s work for the Lumina Foundation focuses on data analysis and modeling to support the foundation’s high-level strategic planning and national and regional goal setting. Lumina’s strategy emphasizes the need to better measure and promote the credentialing of older adult workers from a variety of educational backgrounds. Recent efforts have included a quantitative scenario model that estimates postsecondary completion outcomes for the U.S. and for each of the 50 states through 2030 to support the foundation’s strategic planning process.
