Taylor is an Associate at ECOnorthwest with a background in Sociology and specialization in qualitative research and writing. She uses a racial justice and socioeconomic mobility lens to inform her contributions to ECOnorthwest’s community planning and social policy work. Since joining the firm in 2019, Taylor has worked on a range of projects, with primary focus on housing equity and equitable community planning. Notable projects include the 2023 Homeless Strategic Initiatives Sources and Uses Study, a King County Redlining Impacts report, a Homeless Recommendations Report for the City of Madras in Oregon.
