Kirkland Station Area Plan for NE 85th Station

As a subconsultant to Mithun, ECONorthwest conducted a residential and commercial market analysis, conducted development feasibility analysis of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development, and created a development strategy for a new PSRC-designated urban center at the future NE 85th Station. ECONorthwest supported the development of a preferred land use scenario through parcel-level development feasibility analysis and scenario testing that identified zoning designations, use allowances, and building heights to support the development of over 8,000 new residential units and over 22,700 jobs.
