Cadence is a Project Director at ECOnorthwest with over 20 years of experience implementing cities’ downtown revitalization, housing, and economic development goals to help create vibrant neighborhoods that foster a sense of belonging and meet the needs of all community members. At ECOnorthwest, Cadence utilizes her expertise to provide clients with actionable, grounded guidance on how to build equitable communities, including increasing accessible and available housing, enhancing the built environment, preventing involuntary displacement, and developing projects and programs that lead to shared prosperity.
Cadence graduated from Pomona College and holds a J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. Prior to joining ECONorthwest, Cadence served as Development Division Manager at the City of Beaverton, a role that built upon her legal experience counseling local jurisdictions and nonprofit organizations.
