Bonnie has over 25 years of experience conducting economic, demographic, fiscal, land use, and public health analyses for public- and private-sector clients, including state and local governments, corporations, individual property owners, development organizations, and other professional service firms.

Bonnie’s portfolio consists of a wide range of consulting work for a variety of public- and private-sector clients, with a specialization in economic and quantitative analysis related to land use, transportation, and development projects.

She is committed to a wide range of community service activities, currently serving as a member of the Governor’s Council of Economic Advisors and as Chair of the Portland Parks board. With her family, she has fostered guide dogs in training for Occupaws Guide Dog Association, through which she helped raise 10 dogs who are now successfully guiding blind and severely sight-impaired people.
