Grants Pass Airport Runway Environmental Assessment

As subconsultants to ESA, ECONorthwest is performing the economic analysis for the Environmental Assessment for the Grants Pass Airport. The analysis includes evaluating the affected environment, as well as values resulting from changes in air quality, noise levels, carbon emissions, and non-consumptive ecosystem services. ECONorthwest is also performing an environmental justice analysis to evaluate the distributional effects of impacts. The Environmental Assessment will be reviewed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as part of the NEPA process.
