Kaitlin is a Senior Project Manager at ECOnorthwest, specializing in urban planning, land use and housing policy analysis, land development, equitable development, and economic development. She has worked with communities on a wide variety of projects including housing production strategies, market analyses, equitable development strategies, area plans, and implementation-focused policy work. She brings experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects, and is skilled at synthesizing work across disciplines to develop clear, actionable strategies. Kaitlin is passionate about working with public and private sector clients to address challenging policy questions around affordable housing, economic development, equity, sustainability, and growth management.
She has a background in site development, land use entitlements, spatial analysis, area planning, and land use and zoning code research. Before ECOnorthwest, she worked on current and long-range planning projects at engineering and architecture firms in Portland. She has been certified by the American Institute of Planners since 2018.
