Delia Walker-Jones

Delia joined ECONorthwest as a Technical Manager in 2022. She specializes in transportation policy and geographic information systems. Prior work experience includes community mapping workshops in Tajikistan, policy research into wildfire land use planning in the Sierras, and transportation routing optimization with the United Nations Global Service Center. She is experienced in ArcGIS, QGIS, and other geospatial tools, with a particular emphasis on open-source software. She is an active contributor to OpenStreetMap.
