Christa works closely with the Head of Operations and Finance to support management, staff, and organizational culture. Christa holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification. Prior to joining ECONorthwest, she served as the Director of Human Resources at REACH CDC, a leader in affordable housing in the Pacific Northwest.
