Sumner Town Center Development Feasibility Study

ECONorthwest completed a market analysis and development feasibility assessment to inform the city’s work to revise the land use code. The code improvements were designed to align with market realities while also facilitating denser, mixed-used forms of development. The analysis also evaluated the development potential on two city sites. The work supported city council approving these land use changes.
