Nike: Oregon Economic Impacts

Nike’s world headquarters is located in Washington County, Oregon. Employing more than 14,000 people in Oregon, Nike is the only Fortune 100 company with a headquarters location in Oregon. ECONorthwest conducted an economic impact assessment for Nike to document the company’s economic footprint in the state, in particular, the trends over the prior 15 years where the company has expanded exponentially. In addition to the economic contributions from operations spending, ECONorthwest also documented the economic impacts arising from charitable contributions, business incubation, and campus expansions.
