Clark County Buildable Lands Program Update

In late 2019, Clark County contracted with ECONorthwest and AHBL to assist in identifying and addressing needed updates to the County’s Buildable Lands Methodology. ECONorthwest assisted Clark County with a review its procedures and methodology to ensure consistency with updated legislation and state guidance and better alignment with observed development trends. This process is culminated in the 2021 Buildable Lands Report, in collaboration with the Clark County Buildable Lands Team, a Buildable Lands Project Advisory Committee (BLPAC) and other key stakeholders.
