ECONorthwest worked on an interdisciplinary team of consultants to develop a campus master plan for the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI). The project, led by Snøhetta Architects, reoriented the 17-acre waterfront property from an auto-dominated industrial area to a center for education, employment, and urban housing. ECONorthwest provided economic analysis services, including market analyses, feasibility analyses, and funding and finance strategies.
