ECONorthwest’s Robert Parker and John Tapogna, along with the University of Oregon’s Benjamin Clark, Rebecca Lewis, Tim Duy, and Josh Bruce, co-author a white paper titled “Maximizing Oregon’s Long-Term Benefits from American Rescue Plan Investments.” The authors advocate for coordinated investments of ARP funds in several key areas: forest health and resilience, housing production, homelessness, and resilient infrastructure.
