In May 2016, ECONorthwest issued an Economic Considerations Report regarding the Burke-Gilman Trail Missing Link Project. The report was commissioned by the Seattle Department of Transportation and described existing conditions and potential economic impacts of trail construction and operations. Morgan Shook testified about the analysis contained in the report.
