ECONorthwest’s Kevin E. Cahill presented at the Water Environment Federation Technical Exhibition and Conference (WEFTEC) in Chicago. Dr. Cahill’s presentation, “Describing the Benefits and Return on Investment of Recovered Resources,” focused on the role of economic impact analyses in business case evaluations. Dr. Cahill’s talk was part of a one-day workshop on resource recovery that included speakers with a variety of backgrounds.
