Zoe specializes in economic and data analysis.
Zoe joined ECOnorthwest as a Senior Research Analyst in 2024. She specializes in data analysis, economic modeling, and policy analysis. Prior to joining ECO, Zoe worked as a research and data analyst on large scale economic litigation cases. She has worked on cases about natural resources, wholesale electricity markets, insurance payments, and competition. Prior to this work, Zoe completed her undergraduate honors thesis on the wildland/urban interface, specifically how ungulate species interact with roadways in Patagonia.
