Prior to joining ECOnorthwest, she worked at an education research nonprofit, where she partnered with the Chicago Public School district to analyze patterns in academic attainment and create data tools to help practitioners better support students. She focused on behavioral science and statistical modeling during her undergraduate studies. She is experienced in R and Python, and she enjoys applying her skills to drive actionable and accessible work. Ella brings an equity-focused approach to her projects and strives for integrity and nuance in her analyses.
