Portland Means Progress Annual Business Survey

Prosper Portland wants to improve the impact of their Portland Means Progress program and increase equitable social impact in the private sector. Portland Means Progress is a program that encourages action and provides resources for local businesses to create work experiences for young professionals of color, source goods and services from BIPOC-owned small businesses in the Portland metro area, and create culture change within their organizations to support racial equity. ECOnorthwest supported survey development, data collection, analysis, and visualization for program evaluation and reporting, supporting Propser’s commitment to equity-centered results-based accountability.
