Portland Central City Task Force

Oregon Business Council is leading the Portland Forward Task Force which will develop a vision for Portland’s central city, identify critical steps to advance the vision, secure commitments, and establish an ongoing system for measuring and communicating progress. ECO supported the public and private sector task force and its five subcommittees (Central City Value Proposition, Restoring Clean Streets, Reducing Crime and Vandalism, Ending Unsheltered Homelessness, and Restoring Tax and Service Competitiveness) via project management, stakeholder engagement, and analysis.
