Oregon’s Statewide Housing Plan

ECONorthwest worked with Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) to assess housing needs, housing access disparities, and funding in Oregon to help inform Oregon’s first Statewide Housing Plan. The Plan identifies six priorities: equity and racial justice, homelessness, permanent supportive housing, affordable rental housing, homeownership, and rural communities. Oregon’s Housing Stability Council unanimously adopted the Plan and Governor Kate Brown recommended $400 million in state funding to address the Plan’s priorities.
