Morgan Shook conducts economic, financial, and policy analyses on projects related to real estate, land use, and transportation. He has deep expertise in economic, market, and financial analytics that he brings to bear in business, enterprise, and policy settings. Morgan regularly works for a range of government, business, and non-profit clients providing analyses that highlight opportunities, consequences, and trade-offs of decisions affecting land and infrastructure. Before joining ECONorthwest, Morgan worked in biotechnology development at the Institute for Systems Biology, and health disparities research at the University of Chicago. Morgan recently served on the Seattle Planning Commission. He is currently AICP-certified.
