Kevin E. Cahill led a roundtable titled, “Gradual Retirement: What Role Does Bridge Employment Play in an Intergenerational Workforce,” at Generation United’s 20th Biennial Conference. The roundtable addressed how society can harness the positive energy of gradual retirement in ways that enhance intergenerational relationships. The conference featured more than 100 presentations from researchers, experts, and practitioners and focused on innovative intergenerational practices and programs. The conference was cohosted by Bridge Meadows and the presenting sponsor was the Eisner Foundation. ECONorthwest also sponsored the conference.
