John Tapogna, ECONorthwest President and All Hands Raised Council Co-Chair, discusses the All Hands Raised recently released report on how to boost educational outcomes assuming fixed staffing, budgets, and policies. The overall goal of the All Hands Raised’s strategy is to ensure the economic and social mobility of children living in Multnomah County, with a focus on racial equity.
