Lorelei Juntunen specializes in redevelopment finance and public sector fiscal analysis. Her projects focus on implementation, identifying creative approaches to funding infrastructure and revitalizing communities at a time when most major funding sources are in decline for local governments. She is well versed in public-private partnerships, urban renewal, and catalytic investments.

Juntunen's recent projects include feasibility and implementation strategies (including urban renewal) for the Foothills District of Lake Oswego; a project redefining the role of the Metro government in encouraging sustainable building and landscaping practices; and an evaluation of the fiscal implications of policies encouraging increased density in Skagit County, Washington.
